Whirl Wind Weekend

Wow! We had a busy busy busy weekend... but it was awesome! We got almost all of our Christmas shopping done! Do you know how awesome that is? From the woman who always, always, always waits until at least the week before Christmas to do my frantic shopping and stressing about the perfect gift... this is monumental. And, even better, I think I'll do a wee bit of wrapping this evening. After I do my laundry. Getting the Christmas shopping done came at the price of ignoring all my other housekeeping. It was fun though... I have learned that I really like doing all of those things (like shopping, running errands, and getting groceries) with Jeff. He makes them much more fun. And we can usually get through and entire day of driving frantically between all the places we need to be without getting under each others skin. Usually. I think I might annoy him from time to time with my bossiness. (Yes, bossiness is a word, courtesy of my Aunt Kim.) But what is a wife if she isn't bossy from time to time? Ha!

We also finally got some pictures hung. You must know decorating is not my forte, but it looks pretty good if I do say so myself. Thanks Jeff for doing the manual labor, Thanks Jen for helping me figure out what to put where! I'll post some pictures later. Love you all! : )

Yeah for errands. I love doing things like that with Ethan too. I mean, I can go to Hobby Lobby by myself and do fine. But I like that he likes to go with me, especially after a long day at the office. All the shopping is by him, so we just pick him up and then run errands sometimes. I am so glad that you and Jeff have each other. A life companion is great...even if she is bossy. Love you.

And, yes, I am going to reply to every entry just to encourage you to keep writing!
