Miss Personality

We are having so much fun! McKinley has really started to show her personality. She smiles and giggles more and more all the time. She chatters a lot, and whispers to herself a lot. I love to hear her sweet voice! She's getting more and more snugglie, which makes me happy too. She sits on her own, and plays with her toys a lot more (she used to just look at them and/or chew on them). She's even started to flirt with her daddy... which he loves! Thank you Lord for this sweet, blessed child. I'd have a whole bunch of kids if I could have a guarantee that they'd be this good! : )

Who doesn't love to eat?

So, we've finally tried food. We had a short bout with rice cereal. But we got way "stopped up" if you know what I mean. So... after we got that problem solved, we started on winter squash and peas. McKinley loves, loves, loves to eat. In fact, most of the time we can't shovel it in fast enough. Nor can we sit at the table for dinner without having fed her first. She just does not tolerate being left out of meals now! ; ) She kinda takes after her mama that way... Ha!
